Can I migrate from another broker platform?
Yes. Our onboarding team will import your existing client list, loan pipeline, and aggregator feed in under a week. You keep your data; we just give it a better home.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required, full feature access, and you keep anything you build during the trial if you decide to subscribe.
What's the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime from your workspace settings. Annual plans are pro-rata refundable in the first 30 days. After that, no refunds but no lock-in either.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — every paid plan includes a custom domain like app.yourbrokerage.com.au with managed SSL. You can also white-label the email sender domain on Premier and above.
Which aggregators do you integrate with?
Connective, Loan Market, Mortgage Choice, AFG, Choice/Plan/Fast, and a growing list of independents. We pull loan status and commission feeds nightly so your dashboard stays current.
How does pricing work for multiple brokers?
Pricing is per active broker per month. Inactive seats don't bill. You can add brokers from your workspace settings and they're billed pro-rata for the rest of the cycle.
Where is my data stored?
All data lives in Supabase Sydney (ap-southeast-2). It never leaves Australia. We're built to meet the Privacy Act 1988 and the upcoming CDR requirements for the broker channel.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. Clients log in through their browser at your branded domain. Mobile is responsive by default and we have a native PWA install prompt for repeat visitors.
